“Processing” simply means that we successfully received your order. Once order is shipped, we will send a tracking number [if applicable] and your order status will change to “Shipped”.
Yes. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which orders are being shipped.
We cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/ taxes applied to your orders. You are reponsible to pay any additional custom clearance charges. Customs policies vary from country to country. Please contact your local custom office for further information. Please note that rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of packages. By law, we must and declare all items at their full price and cannot alter the amount to reduce international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment from Stoned & Co., you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Stoned & Co. The amount will be deducted from your purchase refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping cots, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
