MALAYSIA SHIPPING INFORMATION

FREE STANDARD LOCAL SHIPPING

All shipping within Malaysia will be charged flat rate RM10. Purchase RM300 and above, delivery is FREE. You will receive your order from 3-5 working days [excluding weekends/ holidays] from the date of payment authorised and verified. Process may take up to two (2) days after verification as our Customer Service Representative need to review and process your order information for shipping. A shipping notification email will be sent to notify you of the tracking number and the courier service is used to ship your oder.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customs, import taxes, duties and collection fees may apply and vary according to the country. These charges are not inclusive in the order purchased and is solely bear by the customer. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.

TAXATION & DUTIES

  • All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties.
  • We ship your package DDU [duties & taxes unpaid], and we do not collect nor do we calculate the VAT, duties and/ or taxes during checkout.
  • Any fees that are due will be collected upon delivery of the order.
  • All applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package[s].
  • Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package[s], and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
  • Taxes and fees are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc.
  • The amount of taxes due is determined solely by the government.
  • Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery [COD]. If your order require these additional charges, it must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
CURRENCY CONVERSION

All prices listed on our site are based on your area, and charged to your credit card based on the currency that your order shows. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with current rate.

MISSING TRACKING INFORMATION

Please allow at least one (1) working day after your order is shipped and notified via email for the tracking information to appear online. If the tracking information is not update, or the expected delivery date has passed, please contact our Customer Service Representative to further assist on your issue.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

If your package is unsuccessfully deliver and sent back to us by the courier, we will contact you to provide the option for 2nd attempt of delivery which will be charged accordingly. The original shipping fee is non- refundable.

HOW TO FIND A DELIVERED PACKAGE

You will receive an email from us to notify you on the tracking number and courier partner that is used to deliver your order. Hence, you may log on to the stated stated courier service tracking page on their website and track your order accordingly with the provided tracking number.

If the tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have yet to received, these are the suggested step you can pursue:

  • Other than yourself, who could receive the package? Do you live with family or roommates? Do you have neighbors or a doorman? Please check if they received the package.
  • Was the package signed for? If so, do you recognize the name? Please ask them if they receive the package.
  • Do you have a back or side door? Maybe you have a mailbox, mail room or receiving office? If so, the package may be there
  • Do you know our mail man or woman? If so, please ask them to confirm when and where the package is delivered.
